CHESTER J. CHALUPOWSKI Jr.
Chester has just about written a novel of his court case now spread
over almost a decade. He tells of the harrowing effect the
various proceedings in the Salem Massachusetts court had on his
family. Chester's father died in 1989 and left behind an estate
in excess of one million dollars consisting of real estate, and other
valuables. Although his elderly mother was still mentally focused,
proceedings were brought against her to declare her incompetent,
to put a conservator in charge of those assets. Chester claims
that regardless that his two sisters had psychological problems that
was no obstacle for them to find an unscrupulous lawyer who wormed his
way into his family’s troubled life, plunging into a scheme of lies,
deceit, slander, libel and blackmail, disguised as a legitimate
litigation. This lawyer then found willing and cynically accommodating
collaborators in other lawyers, in quest for the family's money.

LINDA FOGH
Linda Fogh joined with other parties, altogether twenty-four
individuals, tell their trial and tribulations in court in a brief
summary. They question the unbridled
judicial immunity of judges and tell of the damages they suffered as a result of the lack of judicial accountability.
These cases have been gathered from various parts of the United Sates
showing a common element a lack of impartial tribunal. Most of
the parties were initially represented by counsel in their individual
cases. As could be foretold in view of the fact that the Supreme
Court accepts only about 89 cases a year and and obviously avoids the
issue of judicial immunity, the petition for writ of certiorari was
denied.
